The cottages are a stunning but sensitive conversion of a Water Mill, Grain Store and Barn which provide 4 individual units, all with a river view. The old mill building has two units, The Mill sleeps 6 and The Watermill sleeps 2, while the Granary Cottage sleeps 2 and The Old Barn can easily accommodate up to 10 people.

There is ample parking in the courtyard.

The buildings lie in a hidden valley just a few miles from the coast, Laugharne, Pendine, Saundersfoot and Tenby being the nearest beaches.

The local village is approx 1 mile from the property and boasts some excellent small shops, delicatessen etc. There are plenty of places to visit for all the family, fun days out, good restaurants for dining and places of interest, all within easy driving distance, making it a convenient, central place to stay to visit the whole area.

Close to Dylan Thomas country, Pembrokeshire Coast National Park (Tenby only 20 mins away), National Botanic Garden of Wales and Carmarthen (10 mins). Guests are welcome to enjoy lovely tranquil walks along the river where there is approximately 1 mile of Trout and Salmon Fishing.

All cottages have original exposed wooden beams, slate or wooden floors, high quality furnishings, audio system and colour TV with digital TV receiver.

There is full oil central heating throughout and all oil and electricity charges are included in the rental.

All bedrooms in the Mill, Water Mill and Granary Cottage, and each individual garden overlook the millpond, waterfall and stream.

There is also garden furniture, barbecue, a decked area and a grassed area with plenty of room for children to play safely for each cottage.

This is an ideal location for large families and groups of friends who wish to holiday close by to one another.
