Cancellation Policy

The deposit payable when making a booking (normally 25% of the total) is non refundable.

If you do not complete the booking, and pay the balance by the due date, we reserve the right to re-advertise the dates which you have provisionally booked. This potentially could result in your holiday being resold and therefore your provisional booking being cancelled, until such a time as we do receive full payment.

If having made full payment, you wish to cancel your holiday with us, we will try and re-sell the dates. If we do manage to re-sell your holiday dates for the same price as paid by you, we will refund the balance minus the non refundable deposit, and an administration fee of 10% of the balance to cover costs.

If we fail to re-sell your holiday, unfortunately no refund is made.

We strongly advise guests to take out their own holiday insurance to cover them in the unfortunate eventuality of having to cancel their stay with us.
