Nestling in a beautiful rural valley this lovely substantial water Mill conversion is approached along narrow country lanes and is waiting to be discovered. The location is ideal for touring the whole area, close to Laugharne, with a selection of sandy beaches of Pendine, Saundersfoot, Coppit Hall and Tenby all along the South Pembrokeshire coastline as well as beautiful Carmarthenshire. Guests are welcome to enjoy lovely tranquil walks along the river where there is approximately 1 mile of Trout and Salmon Fishing

Sensitively converted by the Owner, who lives nearby, the Grain store upper floor of the Mill retains its character and charm throughout, with emphasis on the high ceilings showing the massive original beams, trusses and extensive stone walls.

The property is approached by a flight of internal wooden stairs leading straight into this large open plan space. The kitchen diner, a sitting area and a large bedroom area to the far end of this room, which is divided by attractive cast iron divides. The kitchen dining area is extremely well equipped with fitted pine units, electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, a pine table with matching chairs and exposed floor boards covered with attractive rugs. It also has views directly over the waterfall.

The sitting area has a comfortable settee, coffee table and a colour TV, DVD with digital TV receiver and a CD/tape/radio system. The bedroom area has a view over the countryside and contains a solid wooden king size bed, matching pine dressing table and has a large pine wardrobe. Pretty bedlinen and a duvet are provided for the bed. The attractive large bathroom, which has beamed ceiling, contains bath with electric shower over the bath, wash hand basin and WC.

There is full oil central heating throughout the property and all electricity and oil is charged for at a flat rate of £15 per week (not applicable for weeks in July and August) payable to the owner on arrival.

There is a small patio area to the side of the mill where one can sit and read a book in the evening, which directly overlooks the millpond, waterfall and stream. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.

There is ample parking in the courtyard. Regrettably no pets. No smoking inside the property please. Towels are included in the rental. The Mill cottage is below the Watermill.
